Countdown to Countdown: The Animated Series needs voices! Studio Countdown is a volunteer team of passionate artists and we're looking for some voice actors to join us.
About CTC Animated
Countdown to Countdown Animated (or CTC Animated for short) is a project with a goal to create an animated series adaptation for Countdown to Countdown. We are a tight-knit team of volunteers working together on a passion project based off of our favorite webcomic while learning new skills and becoming better artists along the way. Every collaborator has a voice (pun very much intended) when it comes to the planning and production of CTC Animated, and we all see eye-to-eye in a casual team environment.
Requirements
Candidates must:
Have a fairly quiet environment to record in (almost any private room with a door)
Be willing to learn new skills
Be willing to work collaboratively in a team
Be able to read and speak English in multiple tones and with various expressions
Be at least 13 years old
Status
This casting call is open until all roles are filled.
Apply
If you’re interested, record your voice for a few minutes in a few different tones (feel free to read lines from CTC) and once your recording is ready, email it to contact@studiocountdown.com with the subject line “CTC VA AUDITION”. If your file is too big to attach to an email, you can alternatively use a service such as WeTransfer to email us (please still include “CTC VA AUDITION” in your email).
Alternatively, you can apply without an audition by sending an email to casting@ctcanimated.com with details. Please note that you will still have to audition later.
